The shape and distribution of the central tread blocks delivers great all-around riding with an optimal balance between grip, rider output, and self-cleaning, so you'll never have to choose.
For optimum performance, MICHELIN recommends using their GUM-X compound on the rear tire, and their MAGI-X compound on the front.

Going tubeless allows you to run lower tire pressures without the added weight of a tube. Lower tire pressure has many benefits, including greater traction, lower rolling resistance over rough surfaces, and decreased risk of a puncture-related flat.
